This position is a full-time, non-management role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences beyond just food and beverage service. The expert's efforts are vital in creating unique and memorable moments for guests, interacting with kitchen staff, setting tables, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness in work and storage areas.

Key Responsibilities

The expert actively enhances guest interactions at every stage, ensuring all service transactions contribute to an outstanding experience. They must adhere to company guidelines and procedures, uphold quality standards, and present a professional appearance and communication style. The role involves prolonged periods of standing, walking over uneven and sometimes slippery surfaces, handling objects under 50 pounds, reaching high places, bending, twisting, stretching, and crouching to perform tasks efficiently and safely.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
• Previous relevant work experience: Less than one year.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific licenses or certifications necessary.
