Role Overview
We seek an enthusiastic F&B Service & Coordination Lead who values hands-on service paired with leadership duties. Your role goes beyond typical table service - you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service aligned with OBOĒ's standards and values.
- Lead restaurant operations as the primary barista and floor leader during meal periods, managing and guiding other service team members.
- Handle payments and cash management accurately and responsibly, including closing of service shifts.
- Maintain and update F&B inventory and administrative records via designated software.
- Contribute to the development of new food and beverage products, menus, and special offers.
- Build and nurture partnerships with suppliers and collaborators, fostering beneficial collaborations.
- Manage ordering, procurement, and food and beverage administrative systems to ensure consistent stock availability for daily operations and events.

Experience level and age are flexible; the emphasis is on personality traits such as customer service orientation, positive attitude, leadership capability, trustworthiness, and adaptability. - Preferred languages: English, French, and Mauritian Creole.
- Location: Pereybere, North Mauritius.
- Working days: Five days per week.
- Salary: Rs 25,000 to 35,000 monthly plus benefits, dependent on experience and skill.
