About the Role
The F&B Rising Fan position offers an 18-month comprehensive training program providing practical, hands-on experience in operational, administrative, and supervisory functions within the Food & Beverage sector. This program includes exposure to at least three different departments, covering both front and back of house operations.
Program Outcome
Upon successful completion of the 18-month training period, the individual will be equipped to competently fulfill responsibilities equivalent to an Assistant Manager within the Food & Beverage division.
