Role Overview
The F&B Hostess will assist in managing the Food & Beverage operations of the hotel. The goal is to enhance guest satisfaction, improve team performance, and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include promoting guest contentment, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and serving the highest quality products. This requires fostering a collaborative team atmosphere, delivering timely and polite service aligned with brand standards, overseeing daily team member relations, and supporting problem-solving through training and empowerment.
Qualifications

- Prior experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations
