Role Overview

The Fashion Consultant will function beyond traditional sales, acting as a style advisor and ambassador for the brand. This role involves curating a refined shopping experience, assisting customers in choosing shoes and accessories that enhance their wardrobe while embodying the exclusive essence of Luxoro Formello.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with customers, offering tailored style advice.
• Communicate the brand’s history and emphasize craftsmanship qualities.
• Meet sales goals by delivering excellent client service supported by product expertise.
• Ensure the showroom is impeccably presented to uphold a luxurious retail environment.
• Develop lasting client relationships through follow-ups and invitations to upcoming collections.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 4 years of retail experience, preferably with luxury or premium fashion names such as Zara, Aldo, Steve Madden, or Charles & Keith.
• Strong proficiency in English communication, with Hindi as an added advantage.
• Present a well-groomed, confident demeanor and exhibit enthusiasm for fashion and styling.
• Demonstrate the ability to earn trust and build rapport with an upscale clientele.
• Prior experience in luxury retail within South Delhi is beneficial.
