About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Consultant to join our premium fashion retail team at OSAA by Adarsh in Kolkata. This role focuses on delivering personalized styling advice to customers, especially in the luxury segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and understand the unique requirements of premium clientele.
• Offer tailored styling and outfit suggestions based on customer preferences.
• Provide expert assistance regarding fabrics, fitting, silhouettes, and fashion trends.
• Develop strong client relationships to foster loyalty and boost sales.
• Engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and VIP customers with professionalism and poise.
• Meet or exceed set sales and customer service objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Between four to six years of professional experience in premium or luxury fashion retail.
• Excellent communication capabilities and adeptness in client interaction.
• Solid grasp of fashion styles, current trends, and styling techniques.
• Previous experience with bridal, occasion wear, designer, or premium fashion segments is advantageous.
• A polished, confident appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury retail environment.
• A driven, target-focused attitude with robust sales acumen.
