Fashion Associate

Position Summary

Joining Walmart Canada as a Fashion Associate offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your retail expertise. This role involves championing customer service, handling and stocking fashion merchandise, and maintaining high standards for product presentation, including proper modular setups and signage, all within a safe and tidy workplace. You'll collaborate with team members to efficiently plan and complete daily duties as well as organize seasonal displays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting customers and assisting them in product promotion, merchandise location, purchase decisions, and resolving issues or directing concerns appropriately.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by complying with company policies, completing safety checks, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Manage processing and replenishment of all fashion merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the sales floor to create a welcoming space.
• Merchandise fashion items that are outside of modular setups.
• Verify correct fixtures and supplies are used and replaced when needed.
• Apply accurate signage according to merchandising guidelines.
• Timely replenish and merchandise seasonal items to enhance customer experience.

Compensation

The starting hourly pay for this position is $17.75.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
