Overview

Join Walmart Canada as a Fashion Associate, where you will enhance your retail experience by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the proper presentation and stocking of fashion merchandise. This role involves maintaining merchandise standards, including fixture and signage organization, within a clean and safe store environment. Collaborate effectively with your team to plan and carry out daily tasks and seasonal setups.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a courteous and friendly manner, providing assistance in product promotion, locating merchandise, aiding purchase decisions, addressing customer concerns, and directing issues appropriately.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and hazard-free work area by following company policies, completing safety checks, and keeping fixtures and displays secure.
• Process and restock all fashion items promptly.
• Ensure the sales floor remains clean and well-organized for a positive customer shopping experience.
• Arrange non-modular fashion products and replace fixtures or supplies when necessary.
• Apply correct signage in line with modular standards.
• Timely replenish and merchandise seasonal product lines as required.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.90 CAD.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
