Position Overview

Joining Walmart Canada as a Fashion Associate offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable retail experience. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service while managing and replenishing fashion merchandise, ensuring the sales floor and displays meet company standards in appearance and safety. Working collaboratively with the team, you will plan and implement daily merchandising tasks and seasonal setups.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly, assist with product and service promotions, guide merchandise discovery, support purchase decisions, address concerns, and refer issues appropriately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety checks, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Handle stocking and processing of all fashion-related goods efficiently.
• Keep the sales area tidy and organized at all times.
• Merchandise non-modular fashion items properly to company standards.
• Ensure that fixtures and supplies are correctly used and replenished when necessary.
• Use appropriate signage as dictated by merchandising modules.
• Timely restock and arrange seasonal merchandise as planned.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.05.

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
