Position Overview

Joining Walmart Canada as a Fashion Associate offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your retail expertise. In this role, you will serve as a key customer service representative who handles the processing and restocking of fashion merchandise while ensuring the presentation standards, including displays and signage, are maintained in a safe and orderly environment. You will collaborate with your team to plan and complete daily duties efficiently, including seasonal product setups.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting all customers, assisting with product promotions and location, supporting purchasing decisions, managing customer concerns, and escalating issues as appropriate.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and hazard-free workspace by following company policies, completing safety sweeps, and securing display fixtures.
• Handle all fashion merchandise processing and stocking tasks.
• Keep the sales floor clean and organized to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Arrange and merchandise fashion items that are not part of modular displays.
• Ensure the correct fixtures and supplies are used and promptly replaced when needed.
• Apply proper signage following modular guidelines.
• Timely replenish and merchandise seasonal items to reflect current trends.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $15.50 per hour.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
