Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Factory Supervisor to oversee smooth daily operations at our Ahmedabad manufacturing facility. This leadership role demands a proactive individual who takes complete ownership of the factory's functions, ensuring systematic management and problem resolution without relying on upper management for every issue.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume full accountability for production processes and factory workflow.
- Implement and monitor production planning, resource allocation, and manpower management.
- Oversee quality control, material procurement, and inventory management.
- Ensure routine machine maintenance and timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Prepare detailed reports using Excel and keep management regularly updated on operational status.
- Foster a system-driven environment that minimizes dependence on management intervention for daily operations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Strong multitasking capabilities with in-depth manufacturing process knowledge.
- Competence in production planning and manpower supervision.
- Understanding of purchase procedures and store management.
- Sound knowledge of quality assurance and basic machine upkeep.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computers and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Ability to produce detailed Excel reports and work efficiently under pressure.
- Demonstrated strong leadership with a mindset of complete factory ownership and responsibility.
Compensation
The position offers a salary in the range of 25000 to 30000 INR per month.
