Role Overview
This role demands oversight of the entire factory's daily operations, ensuring discipline, safety standards, and adherence to company policies. The supervisor is accountable for smooth factory workflows and must be prepared to work across both day and night shifts.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage day-to-day factory activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain discipline among the workforce and uphold safety protocols consistently.
- Enforce compliance with company regulations and guidelines.
- Supervise production processes to facilitate uninterrupted factory functioning.
- Adapt to working shifts, including both day and night schedules as required.
Candidate Eligibility

Compensation
