Factory Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a diligent and accountable Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, manage workforce activities, and ensure efficient functioning on the factory premises.

Key Duties

• Oversee and manage daily factory workflows and staff assignments.
• Supervise workers and allocate tasks appropriately.
• Ensure timely completion of production processes.
• Monitor both the quality and quantity of output.
• Enforce workplace discipline and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with staff to address operational challenges promptly.
• Maintain essential records concerning production and employee attendance.
• Ensure correct usage and handling of all tools, materials, and machinery.
• Communicate any production-related concerns or issues to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

• Male candidates only.
• Minimum educational qualification: Completion of 12th grade.
• Fresh graduates or individuals without prior experience are eligible to apply.
• No requirement for English language proficiency.
• Preference will be given to candidates interested in manufacturing and production sectors.

Job Details & Compensation

• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Work Shift: Day shift.
• Salary Range: ₹13,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
