Factory Supervisor

Job Overview

Speedigo Engineering & Technology is seeking a Factory Supervisor with substantial experience to manage and oversee the daily operations within the factory. The role includes supervising the workforce, handling inventory, coordinating dispatch activities, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting production tasks in a manufacturing or engineering setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory functions and manage team activities.
• Control and supervise inventory including raw materials, spare parts, tools, and machinery.
• Facilitate dispatch of vehicles and materials by coordinating with transporters.
• Oversee loading/unloading, packing, and manage dispatch-related documentation.
• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on vehicles prior to dispatch.
• Track stock levels and initiate procurement requests accordingly.
• Maintain accurate logs of material and tool issuance and returns.
• Ensure upkeep and maintenance of factory machinery, equipment, and assets.
• Monitor and enforce safety standards, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance on-site.
• Maintain detailed records of company vehicles, including servicing and usage.
• Manage factory assets, access keys, security, and related documents.
• Handle petty cash and document factory operational expenses.
• Ensure proper closing procedures and reporting at day end.
