Factory Manager

Role Overview

We seek an experienced Factory Manager to oversee the full spectrum of factory activities. This includes managing production processes, labor supervision, smooth material logistics, dispatch operations, and daily problem resolution. The ideal candidate will be able to operate the factory independently and handle all operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee entire factory operations starting from inbound materials to final dispatch.
• Manage production workflows, labor force, and daily operational tasks efficiently.
• Ensure uninterrupted material movement to prevent any stoppage in production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily issues related to labor, machinery, dispatch delays, and other operational hurdles.
• Collaborate closely with sales, procurement, and accounting departments for seamless coordination.
• Maintain and update fundamental reports on production, inventory, and dispatch activities.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in factory operations, preferably within the plastics industry.
• Proven strength in managing labor and operational aspects of a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) materials is desirable.
• Capability to assume full ownership and independently manage factory operations.

Compensation

Monthly salary in the range of INR 22,000 to 25,000.
