Job Overview
Chalisa Foods is looking for a seasoned Factory Manager to lead the day-to-day activities of our ghee production facility located in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the entire production process of ghee manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and maintain stringent food safety standards.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet targets efficiently.
- Lead and motivate the manufacturing team to achieve operational excellence.
- Maintain product quality consistency and implement cost control measures.
- Promote a safe workplace adhering to all safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in dairy or ghee processing methods.
- In-depth understanding of food safety regulations including FSSAI.
- Experience in production planning and workforce management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Compensation
The monthly salary offered ranges from 35000 to 40000 INR.
