About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Factory Manager to oversee operations at our solenoid valves production facility located in Lower Parel, Mumbai. This hands-on role includes managing the manufacturing process and providing exceptional client servicing for our industrial accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities related to valve production, assembly, and rigorous testing processes.
- Ensure compliance with stringent quality assurance measures including pressure and leak testing.
- Serve as the primary liaison for B2B customers regarding order status and technical support queries.
Job Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in valve manufacturing or precision engineering sectors.
- Demonstrate excellent client interaction and communication capabilities.
- Skilled in production planning along with inventory management.
