Facility Manager

Job Overview

The Facility Manager is responsible for organizing and supervising the maintenance of the building premises and all equipment situated on the property, ensuring optimal upkeep and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and management of maintenance personnel on-site.
• Ensure safety compliance across the building, including employee training, regular safety inspections, and security management.
• Manage cleanliness standards ensuring all vending and catering comply with codes.
• Coordinate efficient utilization of building space.
• Monitor housekeeping staff attendance and productivity across all buildings.
• Supervise security teams including attendance, deployment, and performance evaluation.
• Manage equipment including pumps, diesel generators (D.G), lifts, solar installations, and sewage treatment plants (S.T.P).
• Arrange for TMC water supply via tanker trucks when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to society rules regarding outdoor events to prevent disruption.
• Maintain building amenities, impose fines or debits on contractors or customers for defaults.
• Analyze daily building and maintenance reports and take appropriate actions.
• Maintain records of all sanctions, drawings, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and legal statutes relevant to the complex and take action accordingly.
• Supervise daily maintenance work and manage labor force effectively.
• Prepare daily labor deployment lists with allocated tasks.
• Monitor and control material wastage onsite.
• Oversee water and electricity usage and control.
• Implement visitor identification and access control systems for clubhouse facilities.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary between 50,000 to 60,000 INR.
