Role and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for our customers on-site, addressing tenant and client needs.
• Ensure high standards of quality by maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of traffic and property areas both indoors and outdoors.
• Conduct regular building inspections and document findings, including meter readings.
• Monitor and control technical equipment and facilities.
• Perform minor repairs independently.
• Identify and document damage, reporting it to responsible parties.
• Supervise external contractors and verify proper execution of their tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training or professional experience in relevant fields.
• Strong service orientation and sense of responsibility with the ability to work autonomously.
• Demonstrate empathy and reliability when interacting with customers and external service providers.
• Good command of German, both written and spoken.
• Dependable, careful, and punctual work approach.
• Proactive attitude to take on tasks whenever necessary.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Additional Desirable Qualifications

• Craftsman vocational qualification or further training.
• Work experience in facility management, maintenance, or as a caretaker/building technician.
• Valid driving license (class B).
