Facility Management Program Manager - Al Baha

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Facility Management Program Manager to oversee and lead facility operations and initiatives in Al Baha, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing day-to-day facility functions, vendor relations, budgets, and driving sustainability and regulatory compliance efforts aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Duties

• Direct and execute facility management strategies that align with company goals and financial plans.
• Supervise daily facility activities including maintenance of infrastructure and technical systems.
• Maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and vendors to ensure service quality and optimize expenses.
• Formulate and control the budget for facility management, seeking areas to reduce costs effectively.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable safety regulations, environmental policies, and legal requirements.
• Lead facility-related projects from inception through completion, ensuring they meet timelines and budget constraints.
• Champion sustainability efforts focused on energy conservation and reducing waste within facilities.
• Lead and cultivate the facility management team to enhance productivity and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience in facility management or an equivalent role.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing teams effectively.
• Proven expertise in project management with a track record of managing complex projects successfully.
