Role Summary

The Facility Custodian ensures the upkeep, tidiness, and safety of shared spaces within the premises, including restrooms, offices, and showroom areas. This role operates with minimal supervision, utilizing appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to sustain a hygienic and well-organized environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of restrooms and communal areas following standard protocols.
• Maintain hygienic standards across dealership spaces to ensure cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
• Keep workspaces orderly and ensure all tools and materials are stored safely and neatly.
• Document completed tasks accurately by filling out necessary reports or logs.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• At least one year of practical custodial or janitorial experience involving familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Self-driven, reliable, and able to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Organized, detail-oriented individual committed to maintaining high standards.
