Facility Custodian

Position Overview

This full-time role based in New Castle, PA, involves maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in the facility. The custodian supports various aspects of upkeep for the building interiors and exteriors while collaborating within a team atmosphere aligned with core company values.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness by removing trash and sanitizing floors, restrooms, and communal spaces.
• Assist with upkeep of exterior areas such as building surfaces, railings, and grounds maintenance.
• Clean and maintain equipment and fixtures to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
• Detect and report minor maintenance needs, performing quick repairs like bulb replacements and filter changes.
• Follow established safety procedures and company protocols consistently.
