  • Serve as the principal contact for all internal, global, and regulatory audits related to facility upkeep, cleaning, and pest control, including presenting findings in quality management reviews.
  • Select, coordinate, and supervise external contractors, managing budgets and negotiating costs to ensure high-quality service delivery and performance standards.
  • Lead investigations into incidents, ensuring corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and effectiveness checks are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain compliance and completeness of engineering documentation, track aging work orders and service requests through Maximo (CMMS tool).
  • Develop KPIs and monthly performance dashboards, handle budgeting, and generate management reports to support operational oversight.
  • Act as the site security contact, managing minor security projects and investigations in collaboration with Global Security.
  • Support periodic validation reviews, manage GMP permits, oversee EPA licence infrastructure, energy planning activities, and implement 6S methodologies.

Candidate Profile

  • Possession of a Level 8 Engineering degree.
  • Minimum five years of professional experience with at least three years spent in a current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in managing facilities service providers, contractor coordination, and facilitating audits within a regulated manufacturing setting.
  • Strong understanding of GMP standards, environmental, health and safety (EHS) regulations, and quality system processes including CAPA, deviations, and change control.
  • Proficiency using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like Maximo and experience in KPI development and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and aptitude for collaborative work across multiple departments.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, practical hands-on approach, and dedication to continuous process improvement.
