Role Overview

This full-time, permanent position focuses on fabricating and TIG welding various custom metal components, structures, and assemblies with an emphasis on precision and craftsmanship.

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute top-quality TIG welding on stainless steel to produce bespoke metal parts and assemblies.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately construct components and structures.
• Thoroughly inspect welds to confirm structural soundness and exact conformance to specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and organization in line with established health and safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Fabricator/Welder within precision engineering or metal manufacturing.
• Competency in TIG welding techniques.
• Comfortable reading and working from engineering blueprints.
• A detail-oriented mindset and pride in the quality of workmanship, preferring varied, hands-on fabrication tasks over repetitive production line duties.
• Ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a small team.
