About the Role

Join our Chennai-based custom metalwork studio that specializes in creating unique decorative pieces such as doors, wall panels, and shutters using brass, aluminium, and copper. We are inviting freshers and early-career fabricators and welders to become part of our workshop team and develop their skills alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cutting, shaping, and assembling metal sheets and sections
• Learn and practice welding methods including MIG, TIG, and arc welding under guidance
• Contribute to surface finishing and detailed work on decorative metal panels
• Prepare materials and components needed for custom orders
• Collaborate with senior fabricators to grasp precision, proportion, and finishing standards
• Ensure the workshop remains clean, safe, and well-organized

Candidate Profile

• Open to fresh graduates or applicants with up to 2 years of experience in fabrication or welding
• Eager to learn and follow instructions diligently
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and safety procedures in workshop environments
• Physically fit to perform tasks such as lifting, standing for long periods, and handling metal materials
