Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with strong operational skills and leadership confidence.
- Coach team members to be knowledgeable, passionate, and customer-centric, ensuring exceptional product range, quality, and service.
- Drive business growth, sales, and profitability by applying commercial insight and sound decision-making.
- Enhance managerial skills to implement the Store Change Plan, optimising resource allocation for maximal customer impact.
- Ensure compliance with safety and legal standards by consistently following security and operational protocols.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrable background in leading teams within retail or customer-facing industries with proven ability to achieve results through others.
- Deep understanding of the role's significance, working inclusively with colleagues and leveraging leadership experience to sustain performance.
- A personable and approachable manner with customers, backed by previous frontline customer engagement experience.
- Strong energy and resilience to keep progress in a dynamic environment, making prompt, informed decisions supporting customers and staff.
- High ethical standards and integrity, inspiring trust, setting clear expectations, and leading through example.
- Awareness of competitive retail activities and extensive experience in store operations to identify growth opportunities and enhance customer experiences.
