Role Overview
As an Export Documentation Coordinator within Lactalis NZ’s global trade operations, you will be integral in processing export orders efficiently and precisely while ensuring full adherence to international regulations. Your role supports the company’s global expansion, reinforces customer commitments, and upholds its reputation for operational excellence.
- Manage complete export documentation processes, securing timely government approvals, and aligning with superior standards and customer value management.
- Work closely with Sales, Account Managers, and external agencies to ensure all documentation complies with international regulations, country-specific demands, and company policies.
- Utilize advanced technologies to enhance accuracy and streamline export document handling.
- Identify and handle compliance risks proactively to reduce delays and protect Lactalis Oceania’s interests.
- Participate in strategic initiatives such as e-trade data management and automation projects, and contribute to cross-departmental enhancements and future export operation strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export documentation or a related combination of export documentation and university-level studies in international supply chains.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex processes, adhere to multiple compliance requirements, and meet strict deadlines within a supply chain context.
- Familiarity or practical experience with international banking and trade finance, including working knowledge of Incoterms, documentary credits, and trade compliance principles.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a readiness to support team flexibility, process advancements, and shared business objectives.
