Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and organised Export Documentation Coordinator to become an integral member of our Customer Support Team. The role requires preparing and overseeing both export and domestic documentation with precision, ensuring full compliance with trade and customer expectations. This position also involves collaborating closely with customers, freight providers, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth product delivery globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and issue export documentation within specified timelines.
- Coordinate customs clearance, certifications, and shipping paperwork efficiently.
- Ensure all documentation complies with customer, country, and regulatory standards.
- Address and resolve queries related to documentation in support of customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the adoption of electronic documentation systems.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in export documentation, logistics, or international trade.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- Capable of managing several priorities simultaneously and adhering to deadlines.
- Effective communication and strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge or experience in the dairy sector or familiarity with Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) requirements is considered a plus.
