Export Agent (m/f/d)

About the Role

Join our company as an Export Agent (m/f/d) with full-time engagement, based in Graz or Berlin, and take charge of managing cross-location logistics and export processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and successful management of our worldwide delivery orders.
• Independently coordinate and execute international export and import operations, complying with customs and foreign trade regulations.
• Prepare and oversee all customs and shipping documents required for global goods transportation.
• Plan, coordinate, and guarantee successful delivery of shipments related to trade fairs and events worldwide.
• Maintain and manage relevant data and documents meticulously to support audits, financial inspections, and customs controls.

Required Qualifications

• Completed commercial education background.
• Professional experience in logistics.
• Export training completion (e.g., export course) is advantageous.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and work independently.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, mainly Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent spoken and written German and English skills (minimum B2 level).
• Flexibility and strong teamwork abilities.
