About the Role
Join DFYNE at their headquarters in Uddingston, Scotland, as an Expert Photographer, working onsite. This role offers the chance to become a key contributor within a collaborative team, responsible for creating compelling images that convey deep emotion and align perfectly with the brand's identity. You'll collaborate broadly with the marketing and imaging teams to plan and execute striking product and campaign photography, utilizing top-tier equipment and traveling globally for events.
Responsibilities
- Organize and plan photoshoots consistent with company initiatives and campaign ideas.
- Select appropriate models and locations that reflect the brand DNA and campaign vision.
- Maintain all photography equipment, ensuring it remains in excellent condition.
- Capture product visuals, brand campaigns, and digital content including social media and ecommerce images.
- Edit photographs promptly to meet the required aspect ratios across campaigns.
- Take a leadership role in nurturing and enhancing the skills and creative output of the team.
Candidate Profile and Skills
You should bring a fresh perspective and genuine passion for photography, with a keen ability to interpret and express brand identity through images. Key attributes include high organization, proactivity, reliability, calmness under pressure, and trustworthiness. A firm grasp of professional photography techniques, lighting, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Practical knowledge of professional photography tools such as speed lights, various lenses and filters, and a comprehensive understanding of fulfilling photography briefs is required. Experience with Canon equipment and studio lighting is preferred. While no formal experience is mandatory, a background in photography will support your success.

Working Hours and Location Commitment
The position follows a full-time permanent schedule, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to, or plan relocation to, Uddingston (postcode G71 5PG) prior to starting.
