Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a capable Exhibition Production Executive to independently oversee and manage all aspects of exhibition stand production and execution at our Mumbai location. This position involves coordination with various vendors and tradespeople to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of exhibition projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full charge of exhibition stand production and execution from start to finish.
- Liaise and coordinate with factories, carpenters, painters, electricians, lightmen, and other involved vendors.
- Arrange and procure necessary materials for both production and onsite activities.
- Maintain detailed documentation and records related to materials, purchases, and production needs.
- Oversee transportation logistics including loading, unloading, and movement of materials.
- Supervise fabrication processes to meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.
- Manage onsite installation, execution, and dismantling operations efficiently.
- Address and resolve any production or onsite challenges to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

This role is open to qualified candidates ready to manage exhibition production independently.
Additional Information
Salary offered ranges from 10,000 to 25,000 INR per month. The position is based on-site in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
