Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Executive to manage and analyze value-added services such as brokerage, smart city initiatives, parking, district cooling, petrol stations, PWC, and gas networks, adapting strategies in line with evolving market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and launch plans for value-added services.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to gauge customer needs and recommend service adjustments.
• Assist in setting pricing strategies, revenue goals, and identifying target customer groups using financial modeling.
• Engage potential clients, gain their commitment for services, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Collect ongoing feedback from customer service and city management to evaluate customer satisfaction and develop strategies to enhance service quality.
• Coordinate with Sales, Leasing, and Marketing teams to roll out impactful marketing campaigns.
• Validate and refine study methodologies and tools related to service offerings, client targeting, and pricing.
• Contribute data and insights for the Qatar Development master plan, focusing on financial targets and tenant composition.
• Benchmark against global and regional best practices to deliver technologically advanced and quality services aligned with company vision.
• Support preparation of annual budgets and operational plans for current assets.
• Monitor fund releases and budget adherence closely.
• Assist department leadership with city management to synchronize city operations and future designs with revenue maximization strategies for value-added services.
• Implement departmental procedures to uphold service quality while ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with relevant policies.
• Perform additional tasks and prioritize responsibilities independently as required.

Essential Qualifications and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or economics.
• Minimum of four years’ experience relevant to the role; preference given to candidates with exposure in Qatar or the GCC region.
• Familiarity with the Qatar and GCC real estate markets, including trends and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong financial acumen and operational/marketing skills, including prior experience handling deal sheets.
• Understanding of city management and real estate operations.
