Role Overview and Responsibilities

The position of Executive - Technical Services requires a dedicated team member with 5 to 8 years of experience in operational support and root cause analysis. Key duties include overseeing troubleshooting operations at the site, diagnosing root causes of issues, and developing improvement plans based on gaps between R&D targets and actual results. The role involves meticulous planning of project implementations to ensure swift product launches, strategizing cost reduction initiatives utilizing plant performance data, and conducting verifications and audits of P&IDs and equipment installations to meet safety standards.

Moreover, this role demands collaboration with various departments to resolve issues efficiently, leading efforts to cut operational costs by effectively allocating resources for current products, and assisting in preparation of essential documentation such as SOPs, log sheets, BFDs, BOMs, and defining critical process parameters prior to new product startups.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering to be considered for this role.
