About the Role

We are seeking a professional to deliver high-level executive support to two Group Managers within the Office of the General Manager National Service Delivery. This permanent, full-time position involves managing multiple competing priorities while assisting these managers to maintain efficient office operations. The role includes handling sensitive documents, organizing diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements, and acting as a principal liaison for the managers and their teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver executive assistance to two Group Managers.
  • Organize and manage calendars, correspondence, meetings, and travel logistics.
  • Prepare information and briefings for senior leadership.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with stakeholders across the Ministry, the justice sector, and wider government.

Skills and Qualifications

While no candidate is expected to fulfill every criterion, the ideal applicant will:

  • Have executive-level or senior support experience.

Salary and Application Process

The salary range for this position is NZD 60,729 to NZD 80,794, with the final offer commensurate with experience and skills; higher offers within this range are available for exceptional candidates.
