Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant or Executive Search Researcher to exclusively focus on high-quality search work without the burden of business development responsibilities. This role centers on identifying, engaging, and managing senior candidates on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the identification and engagement of candidates throughout retained executive search assignments.
- Perform comprehensive market mapping and talent intelligence within specialist sectors.
- Proactively headhunt and interact with senior, typically passive, candidates internationally.
- Maintain candidate relationships throughout the entire search process.
- Collaborate closely with Consultants handling client relationships and business acquisition.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in executive search delivery, recruitment research, or roles focusing on candidate engagement.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging senior-level talent.
- Comfortable operating within retained and high-value search environments.
- Excellent communication abilities with credibility among senior stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, research-driven approach.
