  • Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team of recruiters, researchers, and coordinators, nurturing a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with People, Office, and IT teams to enhance onboarding experiences, ensuring timely and comprehensive communication for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a culture ambassador, promoting inclusivity, collaboration, and professional development within the team.
  • Contribute to the global executive recruiting function by supporting projects across regions and enhancing cross-regional collaboration.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities, maintaining composure and motivating teams.
  • Experience as a leader and hands-on contributor within a geographically distributed team managing competing priorities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the consulting sector’s executive talent pool, including expertise in restructuring, advisory, and risk domains.
  • Strong grasp of consulting business drivers such as utilization rates, client relationships, financial considerations, and cultural fit.
  • Track record of developing, motivating, and managing recruitment teams, delivering constructive feedback and fostering engagement.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in drafting written communications, reports, and presentations intended for executive leadership and boards.
  • Demonstrated success leading executive search functions within consulting or professional services firms, encompassing research, candidate outreach, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Prior experience in executive search firms is favorable.
  • Exceptional writing skills capable of producing concise, impactful executive and board-level documents.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership for team outcomes.

  • Superior organizational and time management skills, adept at prioritizing and adapting to change.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple shifting priorities with urgency.
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of German, French, and/or Italian is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
  • Capability to work full-time both remotely and in office settings, including extended computer work.
  • Flexibility to work beyond standard hours during special projects or urgent needs.
  • Alignment with AlixPartners’ Core Values and commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all organizational levels.
