Role Overview
The Executive Personal Assistant position supports Board members and Senior Management through comprehensive executive and administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver dedicated executive assistance to Board members and Senior Management personnel.
- Manage calendars and provide thorough administrative support to senior leaders.
- Organize travel logistics including flight bookings, visa applications, accommodation arrangements, and schedule coordination.
- Oversee processing of all related expense claims accurately.
- Coordinate and plan team meetings, corporate occasions, and organizational events.
- Facilitate logistics for internal and external meetings involving senior stakeholders.
- Prepare and record detailed meeting minutes.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a university degree along with at least three years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrate maturity, attention to detail, and uphold a high level of discretion and integrity.
- Strong capability in maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information securely.
- Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with outstanding communication abilities.
- Superior organizational skills and expertise in prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts is advantageous.
