Executive Marketing

About the Role

Vilas Transcore Limited seeks an Executive Marketing professional based in Akota, Vadodara. This position targets experienced candidates with a background in engineering or marketing, and familiarity with B2B marketing in the electrical steel or transformer sector.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Metallurgy Engineering, or Marketing.
• MBA specializing in Marketing is preferred but not essential.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in industrial B2B marketing, ideally within CRGO, electrical steel, transformers, or transformer components.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead market development efforts by identifying and qualifying prospective clients in CRGO, transformer radiators, laminations, and Nano crystlite products.
• Compile and maintain lead databases leveraging research, exhibitions, and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with sales teams to follow up and convert leads effectively.
• Develop and update marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, and datasheets to support product promotion.
• Assist in preparing customer proposals, prequalification dossiers, and responses to requests for proposals.
• Coordinate product sample dispatch and trials with technical departments.
• Manage CRM data with accuracy to ensure tracking of customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Engage with current customers to nurture relationships and gather feedback.
• Organize and support corporate events such as trade exhibitions, seminars, client visits, and plant tours, handling subsequent event documentation and follow-up.
