About the Role
The HR Executive will provide essential support for daily human resource functions, which encompass recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This position demands keen organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and discretion in managing confidential information while assisting both staff and leadership.
Primary Duties
- Assist with recruitment activities such as candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, liaison with hiring managers, offer letter preparation, and guiding new hires through onboarding and induction programs.
- Manage and update employee records, maintain HR databases, track attendance and leave, handle relevant documentation, and generate HR reports and correspondence.
- Field employee inquiries about HR protocols and policies, facilitate engagement and wellness initiatives, and support the planning and execution of training sessions and corporate events.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies, aid in audit preparations and compliance documentation, and help communicate policy updates to employees.
- Support performance management by assisting with appraisals, coordinating probationary reviews, collecting employee feedback, and contributing to HR-related projects and process enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with HR methodologies, labor legislation, and recruitment workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication paired with interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
- High attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Capability to manage confidential data with integrity and discretion.

- Precision and accuracy in maintaining employee and HR documentation.

Work Environment
