About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping operations at a distinguished ultra-luxury private hospitality setting located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This senior role demands a highly experienced professional with deep operational knowledge and meticulous attention to detail to uphold the highest standards in an exclusive, high-profile, and VVIP environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct all aspects of housekeeping operations.
  • Ensure impeccable housekeeping standards across guest rooms, private residences, public areas, and back-of-house zones.
  • Plan and manage workforce allocation, staff scheduling, and productivity optimization.
  • Carry out routine operational audits and quality inspections to maintain excellence.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service quality protocols for housekeeping.
  • Train, mentor, and develop housekeeping supervisors and team members effectively.
  • Manage linen supplies, housekeeping inventory, and related controls.
  • Regularly monitor departmental KPIs and maintain luxury service consistency.
  • Address and resolve operational challenges promptly with corrective actions.
  • Maintain strict cleanliness, presentation, confidentiality, and discretion standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to guarantee smooth daily operations.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of advancing experience in housekeeping roles.
  • At least 3 to 5 years in senior leadership roles such as Executive Housekeeper or Director of Housekeeping.
  • Recent background in 5-star or ultra-luxury hotels, resorts, palaces, private residences, or VVIP service environments.
  • Experienced in managing large teams and complex housekeeping functions.
  • Proficient in manpower planning, staffing deployment, and productivity management.
  • Strong skills in conducting housekeeping inspections, developing SOPs, and upholding quality control.
  • Demonstrated expertise in staff training, performance development, and management.
  • Well-versed in linen management and inventory processes.
  • Excellent leadership qualities combined with strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
