Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Executive Driver based on-site in Ikoyi, Lagos State, Nigeria. The selected candidate will be tasked with transporting company executives and guests safely and punctually to various meetings, events, and engagements. The role requires planning effective routes, monitoring traffic and road conditions, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, complying with traffic and safety rules, and supporting executive schedules by coordinating logistics. The driver will also assist with carrying luggage or materials when needed and must maintain confidentiality regarding all privileged information.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and timely transportation of executives and visitors to designated locations.
• Plan routes considering traffic conditions and road restrictions to optimize travel time.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of vehicles, including routine checks.
• Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations consistently.
• Coordinate with the executive office to manage schedules efficiently.
• Assist with luggage or materials as required during trips.
• Maintain detailed logs of trips, fuel consumption, and minor vehicle issues.
• Report urgently any maintenance or vehicle problems to the appropriate department.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history and demonstrated strong driving skills; prior experience as an executive or corporate driver preferred.
• Good knowledge of Lagos State road networks, traffic patterns, and applicable local regulations to ensure safe and efficient journeys.
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and excellent communication skills to interact respectfully with executives, guests, and team members.
• High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and managing high-profile passengers.
• Detail-oriented with basic vehicle maintenance abilities such as fuel, tire, and roadworthiness checks.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on scheduled events and executive requirements.
• At least a secondary school certificate or equivalent educational qualification; additional certifications in defensive or security driving are advantageous.
• Previous experience in the entertainment or event management sector, or supporting executives in dynamic environments, will be a plus.
