Executive cum IT Support

Position Overview

Velodata Global Pvt Ltd is seeking a technology-oriented Executive experienced in supporting Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) platforms to sustain smooth sales functions and ensure business continuity. Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities and maintenance of DMS operations.
• Facilitate distributor onboarding and ensure smooth transaction processing flows.
• Track and manage integration between SFA application Bizom and accounting software Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
• Identify and troubleshoot integration problems while addressing distributor inquiries.
• Perform validation of sales data, inventory levels, return processing, and master datasets.
• Produce Management Information System (MIS) reports and extract actionable business insights.
• Work collaboratively with various departments to enhance system operational efficiency.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of three years' experience in IT Operations, Application Support, ERP Support, or administration of DMS/SFA platforms.
• Proficient in any Sales Force Automation software application.
• Strong expertise with Tally ERP or TallyPrime including integrations and Tally Definition Language (TDL).
• Sound understanding of Distributor Management Systems and FMCG sales procedures.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems focusing on supply chain, inventory, and sales-related processes within the FMCG sector.
• Competence in application support for secondary sales platforms like Bizom, FieldAssist, or Recibo.
• Capability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ERP configurations.
• Skilled in coordinating system testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upgrades and report customization.
• Monitoring maintenance of data accuracy related to pricing, SKUs, and vendors within ERP systems.
• Experienced in change management processes including end-user training and documentation development.
• Knowledge of database management with SQL and Oracle.
• Ability to develop programs or applications, write SQL queries, conduct testing, provide user support, and manage application rollouts.
