As an Executive in Claims Recovery for IncomeShield, you will play a vital role in assisting customers and facilitating the recovery process for third-party claims. Your duties encompass educating clients, managing communications, and ensuring accurate payment allocation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers to inform and guide them on third-party claim recovery options related to IncomeShield policies.
• Provide support to customers throughout their third-party claims recovery process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote ongoing third-party claim recoveries.
• Respond to and resolve queries from customers regarding their IncomeShield claims.
• Verify payment information from third-party insurers to ensure correct allocation to respective claims.
• Perform additional tasks and projects delegated by supervisors as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Holds a Degree, Diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in the insurance sector is preferred; holding relevant insurance certifications is advantageous.
• Customer-focused with excellent service skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
