Executive (Capability Enabling) - Business Capability Development (1-year Temp Contract)

Position Overview

Join a dynamic team committed to advancing Maritime Singapore's competitive edge by supporting maritime companies in strengthening their workforce, business operations, and productivity. This role contributes directly to Singapore's emergence as a premier International Maritime Centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and oversee projects involving the development and deployment of system solutions such as SalesForce Public Sector, Business Grants Portal, and ServiceNow. Tasks include module development, data migration and verification, user acceptance testing, and documentation from a business user's point of view.
• Perform data cleansing activities and upkeep of databases by verifying records and entering data accurately.
• Investigate and utilize digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and simplify workflows and reporting.
• Provide assistance with various system-related ad-hoc tasks, which may include addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to the systems or government-wide platforms.
• Coordinate within the Cluster for integrating onboarding schemes into the designated systems or platforms.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years’ experience relevant to system development and/or implementation.
• Educational background in Information Technology or related fields is preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data analytics software such as Microsoft Power BI and customer relationship management platforms like SalesForce is advantageous.
• This is a temporary position under a one-year recruitment agency contract.
