Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Butler to deliver refined, confidential, and personalized service in a prestigious corporate setting. The right candidate will have at least three years’ experience in luxury hospitality or executive service, demonstrating flawless appearance, formal manners, excellent communication, discretion, and the keen ability to anticipate the needs of senior executives and VIPs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Offer customized, professional butler services to senior executives, VIPs, and prominent corporate visitors.
- Warmly and discreetly welcome executives and guests, ensuring a polished experience.
- Proactively anticipate and arrange services, refreshments, meetings, transportation, and other requirements.
- Uphold superior standards for table arrangements, food and beverage service, and formal dining etiquette.
- Prepare executive lounges, meeting rooms, and hospitality venues to premium specifications.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, catering, security, drivers, facilities, and other teams to guarantee smooth operations.
- Handle confidential schedules, documents, executive requests, and sensitive information with complete privacy.
- Support corporate events, VIP meetings, receptions, dinners, and special occasions.
- Manage inventory of beverages, tableware, amenities, linens, and hospitality supplies.
- Ensure all executive areas remain impeccably clean, orderly, elegant, and ready for use.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as necessary.
- Address last-minute requests and shifting priorities with professionalism and composure.
- Maintain strict dress code, punctuality, etiquette, and professional behavior.
- Carry out other reasonable tasks related to executive and VIP service.
