Executive Assistant to CEO

Role Overview

Rodud Logistics Services Co., based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a dependable and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO within the Founder’s Office. This individual will be instrumental in managing priorities, tracking projects, supporting strategic initiatives, and facilitating communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure completion of the CEO’s critical priorities.
• Follow through on strategic partnerships, government collaborations, and company-wide initiatives.
• Create presentations, proposals, reports, and basic data analyses.
• Organize leadership meetings, develop agendas, and track decisions made.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and departments such as sales, operations, and product development.
• Champion cross-functional projects by providing clarity, ownership, and momentum.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in fields like consulting, strategy, business development, operations, or startup environments.
• Proficient communication and written skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational abilities, meticulous follow-up, and sharp attention to detail.
• Analytical, structured thought process with the adaptability to manage diverse subjects promptly.
• Demonstrates high reliability, discretion, and accountability.
• Proactive attitude characterized by initiative and ownership without needing direction.
