About the Role
Datadog's Business Operations team is responsible for managing the company's daily functions to keep employees safe, productive, and engaged. The Executive Assistant II position supports senior executives in our Sydney Office and other APJ locations, providing high-level administrative assistance in a fast-moving, evolving environment. This role reports to the Manager, Executive Support and emphasizes attention to detail, outstanding organizational ability, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee executive calendars and coordinate meetings, calls, events, and dinners both inside and outside the company.
- Serve as the communication gatekeeper between executives and their internal/external stakeholders.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business priorities and align executive support accordingly.
- Manage executive expense reporting accurately and promptly.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including air and ground transportation.
- Handle daily inbox management, reviewing and monitoring emails for executives.
- Assist with organizing Quarterly All Hands meetings, preparing decks, and facilitating Sales Reviews.
- Attend leadership meetings weekly to capture and track action items.
- Coordinate translation services as required.
- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including handling sensitive and confidential documents.
- Collaborate with the Executive Support team on initiatives related to hiring, office events, socials, and offsite meetings.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years in executive support roles, with at least 3 years supporting multiple senior leaders.
- Technologically adept with a keen interest in leveraging technology to boost productivity.
- Proficient user of the Google Suite ecosystem.
- Maintains the highest level of integrity and confidentiality on all business issues.
- Calm, courteous, and respectful under pressure.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Detail-focused with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Skilled at multitasking and collaborating effectively within teams.
- Thrives in a rapid growth, fast-paced corporate environment.
