About the Role
Square Corporation is looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director. This position involves managing complex administrative duties, organizing business travel and meetings, and serving as a dependable liaison. The candidate must be comfortable with frequent travel and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Managing Director's schedule, including appointments, travel arrangements, and calendar management
- Organize meetings, conferences, and events by handling logistics and follow-ups
- Undertake domestic travel as needed
- Draft reports, presentations, and official communications on behalf of the Managing Director
- Ensure action items are tracked and completed promptly
- Uphold a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders on projects
- Perform basic research and provide data-supported insights for decision-making
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, with MBA preferred
- Between 3 and 7 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar capacity
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Willingness to travel frequently and flexibility with schedule changes
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure
- Demonstrates integrity, discretion, and a professional attitude at all times
