Role Overview
This fixed-term Executive Assistant (EA) position offers a strategic partnership with the Group Chief People Officer. This role is integral to the organisation, helping shape executive priorities, contribute to Board engagement, assist in strategic planning, and facilitate organisational change initiatives. The position is based in Wellington (Tawa) with potential for flexible work arrangements depending on the candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer to effectively manage priorities, commitments, and enhance executive productivity.
- Maintain a complex, dynamic calendar, ensuring strategic prioritisation and optimal use of executive time.
- Organise meetings, travel plans, events, and stakeholder engagements efficiently.
- Produce high-standard documentation, presentations, correspondence, and governance-related materials.
- Develop trusted relationships across the organisation, serving as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise professional discretion when handling sensitive information.

Employment Conditions
- Fixed-term contract covering parental leave until 3 February 2027.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Salary range from $81,001.63 to $91,343.23 pro-rata.
- Based in Wellington (Tawa), with consideration for flexible hours or alternative locations for suitable candidates.

Additional Information
- This role currently supports the Group Chief People Officer and may expand to support an additional executive leadership position in the future.
