About the Role

An established communications and leadership consultancy is looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leaders. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys keeping busy teams coordinated, anticipating needs, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will act as a reliable administrative partner to senior leadership and help manage a wide range of business and operational tasks.

  • Manage calendars, priorities, and day-to-day administrative support for senior leaders.
  • Arrange important meetings, presentations, events, and client-facing materials with accuracy and care.
  • Handle travel planning, office coordination, vendor communication, and other operational logistics.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, recruiting coordination, and people operations initiatives.
  • Serve as a key connection point across technology, operations, and administrative workflows to help keep the business running efficiently.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience supporting executives, business leaders, or high-performance teams.
  • Strong planning and multitasking abilities, with comfort managing several priorities at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a polished professional presence.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented approach to work.

Additional Information

Location: Chicago, IL (hybrid)

Compensation: Salary begins at $150,000 annually.
